Just finished a one week showing on Gabriola island and sold quite a few pieces. Some mixed media.
This is a symbolic piece and should look good on the wall. A troika of Kalashnikov’s as imagery are superimposed with a blooming iris and text with red acrylic, framed by a border of black acrylic.

Gregoire: Congrats on the very successful show. Looks beautiful Yuu must be pleased. Lynne & Chris turned up here and we had a nice visit. They’re back to Nepal in Oct with Tom, Uta, & Dave.We had a major flood in the Crescent house and are heading down to begin to deal with it. We’ll be out of the house for 5-6 months. Get rid of any Crane toilets ASAP. That was the culprit. Claude
